MAISON MARGIELA AND GALLIANO’S MUTINY

John Galliano joined forces with Sasha Lane, Molly Blair, Princess Nokia, Willow Smith, etc. to trumpet the brand’s newest fragrance, ‘Mutiny.’ To coincide with the launch, John made a little collection inspired by gender benders, tech-friendly wearables and digital drifters. Whoa.

The designer’s latest oeuvre was a futuristic, gender distorted formulation of fashion consisting of deconstructed tailored coats with vinyl trim, killer cut-out dresses, provocative, pencil skirts, semi-masculine silk-satin suits, shower caps with buckles, and bubblegum pink trenches layered over diaphanous dresses paired with skinny vinyl trousers.
